Assets management for the city of St-Jérôme
Roadways, sewers, waterworks (2002-2003)
This project consisted in the implementation and set up of the municipality’s assets management program. It included, inventory of pavement, sewer and aqueduct infrastructures as well as implementation of a response plan.
The municipality’s objectives are to efficiently manage their assets while optimizing the required investments; anticipate and justify present and future investment needs, prolong asset’s life cycle, reduce actual costs and standardize analysis mechanisms as well as decision-making processes for all sectors of the new city.

Based on plans obtained from the client, integration of all aqueduct, sewer and pavement networks into a georeferenced geomatic database.

Creation of database associated with this geomatic mapping and including all the characteristics of aqueduct, sewer and pavement networks (GPS coordinates; material; construction and rehabilitation dates, etc.)

Information gathering, inventory and plan updating. Data input into geo-referenced database using specialized tools developed by Agraph for SIMO Management (Dessau subsidiary)
