Public housing projects Greater Montreal area, Québec

We were awarded several projects varying in schale which were carried out in a turn key approach.  Buildings comprising from 18 to 100 rental housing units or in joint ownership were constructed.

These dwellings, designed to house low-income or mobility impaired individuals meet the Société d’Habitation du Québec’s (SHQ) highest standards.

In carrying out these projects, we were respectful of integrating these buildings in their environment.  As such, special attention was paid to the design of the buildings so that their appearance blended with their respective local environment and allowed them to retain the characteristics of their neighbourhood’s architecture.  They thus became a reference in terms of public housing.
