With its one-stop shop, the Project Management and Construction Division offers professional services in project management and construction, such as estimates, procurement, cost control, scheduling, documentation and site supervision. It is also responsible for design-build services.

Thanks to the technical resources of its various divisions and its proven expertise in project management, Dessau is in a position to offer engineering-procurement-management-construction (EPMC) and engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) solutions.

The company possesses general contractor accreditations (REALIS CONSTRUCTION) for several types of contracts, including turnkey and fixed-price agreements. Financial engineering, for structuring part or all of a project’s financing, is another service offered by the Project Management and Construction Division.

On the international stage, the Project Management and Construction Division continues the tradition of excellence established by Dessau for more than 35 years. The Division’s personnel always takes into consideration the environmental and social aspects related to its projects, and improving living conditions for local populations is an ever-present concern. Our current projects reflect this concern.

Last, the Project Management and Construction Division is also responsible for project delivery solutions, such as public/private partnerships (PPP), for various types of infrastructure projects on which Dessau serves as integrator.
