New City Hall in Longueuil

Turn-key project of the new City Hall of the city of Longueuil including the signing of a 20 year emphyteusis lease.  The lease was used to finance the construction of the project.  The project consisted in the refurbishing of an existing building on a lot of 30 000 m2 located at 4250, de la Savane, St-Hubert, the site of an old military base.  This 12 000m2 building includes a political wing, many city administrative services as well as an underground parking garage and an outdoor parking lot of 300 spaces.
