Community and Residential Centre LA-1 and LG-1, Hydro-Québec, James Bay - Structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, of two 85 000 ft2 buildings comprising residential spaces (120 hotel type rooms) and a commercial and community centre which includes a pool, a gymnasium, a racket ball court, a bar, a medical centre, a cafeteria, a kitchen and many other services rooms. Four of the floors are used as residential areas and the commercial and community centre is spread over the two remaining levels.
