Industrial Duchesne et Fils ltée – Nail and wire factory – Construction (Yamachiche) (February 2000): Reconstruction of a plant and a distribution centre that were destroyed by fire in March 1998. This project was completed within the Duchesne industrial complex in Yamachiche. The plant includes three production lines, one wire drawing line, and packaging, storage and handling equipment. The plant covers an area of approximately 200,000 sq. ft. Merck Frosst Canada & Co. – Expansion of Building 10 (Kirkland) (2000 - in progress): Expansion and retrofitting in two phases of 58,200 sq. ft. as follows: storage area measuring 2,100 sq. ft, including a specially ventilated room with a gas detector; basement with an area of 2,100 sq. ft. housing a machinery room and a shop; loading/unloading platforms, with an area of 1,000 sq. ft., which was built by pushing back the front walls, including garage doors and elevating platforms, in the parking area. Rolls Royce Canada - Trent Atwater – Test cell No. 7 (Montreal) (2001): The Trent Atwater project involved the construction of a test cell for Trent industrial gas turbines. In addition to the test cell, the installations include a natural gas compressor of up to 1500 psi, a 120 kV transformer station, a fuel room and an auxiliary equipment room, a control room, a warehouse and administrative offices. Société de développement Angus – Locoshop Angus (Montreal) (2000): Conversion of a former industrial site in the heart of downtown Montreal to an ecological structure to focus on the economy of the future (companies operating in the manufacturing, environmental, information technologies, agri-food sectors, research and training centres and laboratories).
