Canadian space Camp – Construction (Laval) (1994): Construction of a two- to three-level building including a museum, a dormitory, a space training room and offices. The total area of the building is 80,000 m2.

Charlevoix Casino, mechanical, electrical and specialized systems (Pointe-au-Pic) (1994): This “Fast Track” mandate involved providing professional services for preparing studies, plans and estimates and resident supervision for the mechanical and electrical fields. The schedule was such that several pieces of equipment had to be purchased in advance in order to respect the start-up date. The budget for each specialty had to be rigorously respected. The space restriction and the lack of height contributed to the complexity of designing and fitting out the rooms and networks.

Centre Bell – Construction (Montreal) (March 1997): Construction of a two-storey underground parking area with 635 places, integration of a computer train terminus, the development of pedestrian links and the construction of the first eleven floors of a 22-storey office building

VIA Rail Canada – Montreal Maintenance Centre – Locomotive filling areas (Montreal) (2003). Construction of catch basins under the railway tracks at the locomotive filling areas. The work involved: building reinforced concrete catch basins with anti-splash walls and supports for overhead conduits for diesel refuelling and electrical services; installing new diesel refuelling conduits and new electrical services conduits; and installing of heating cables in the basins and at the platforms for the locomotive refuelling stations.
