Enlargement to RTL exploitation centres The enlargement and modifications to the exploitation centres aim to increase the capacity to put away vehicles in the exploitation centre of Longueuil and the reorganization of the put away workshop and administration areas of Longueuil and St-Hubert centres. The project management approach for this project is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK 2000) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This methodology ensures consistent quality in every aspect of project management: project scope, schedule management, budget management and control just to name a few. Once again, the PMI® methodology was followed. Since many disciplines were involved, the coordination aspect was another major issue. An engineering coordinator was put in place to ensure the Client that the project is conducted in an efficient and proper manner.
This system includes the update of cost estimates, the cash flow analysis, the preparation of cost control reports and the review of submissions and trade breakdowns. Services provided
